DEVILED EGGS
1 dozen jumbo eggs, hard cooked, about 10 min of boiling, then rinse in cold water.
3 generous dollops Miracle Whip
1 tbls of Grey Poupon mustard
S & P to taste
2-3 tbls chopped lemon thyme (fresh is best)
When cooled enough to handle, peel and slice into halves lengthwise. Scoop out yellows and put in a mixing bowl. Blend with a fork until all lumps are gone from dry yokes. Add enough Miracle Whip and mustard to make a creamy but not runny consistency. S & P to taste and add most of chopped lemon thyme. Blend well and stuff eggs. Sprinkle each half with a bit of thyme.
Chill and serve.
